FTX314 Near Edge Resin is used for imprinting date, price, lot, and bar codes directly onto flexible packaging. Providing excellent performance in the harshest environments. Engineered for use in high temperature applications including hot fill. FTX314 provides excellent print darkness and is compatible with a wide range of film applications offering excellent scratch, smear, heat, and chemical resistance. This Resin formulation is coated on a 4.0 micron PET- carrier film. This thinner film technology offers improved productivity through longer length ribbons and reduced printer downtime related to ribbon changeovers. Low transfer energy properties combined with our antistatic back coat allow the user to extend the life of the printhead and reduce maintenance costs.
